Jennifer’s practice is comprised primarily of commercial and corporate law, public law and regulatory matters. She also maintains a practice in criminal prosecution and defence. Jennifer is briefed by Commonwealth and State departments and agencies, corporations and private individuals through large and small firms.
Prior to joining the Bar, Jennifer practised as a State Prosecutor for the Director of Public Prosecutions for Western Australia. She was Research Assistant to the Hon Robert Cock KC, Director of Public Prosecutions, for two years in 2005-2006.
Jennifer has lectured variously in criminal law, constitutional law, ethics and trial advocacy at Curtin Law School and The University of Notre Dame Australia since 2013 and regularly presents CPD seminars.
