Jennifer has practiced for over 13 years in the criminal and civil jurisdictions, including as a State Prosecutor for the Director of Public Prosecutions for Western Australia where she prosecuted trials and appeals for serious indictable offences for 8 years.
Jennifer is briefed in civil proceedings and public prosecutions of offences, civil penalty provisions, breaches and misconduct involving civil law, criminal law, corporate law and regulations.
Prior to her admission to practice in 2007, Jennifer was Research Assistant to The Director of Public Prosecutions for Western Australia, The Hon Robert Cock KC for two years in 2005-2006.
Since 2013, Jennifer has lectured in criminal law, professional responsibility and forensic trial advocacy at Curtin Law School and in constitutional law at The University of Notre Dame Australia. She holds a Master of Laws from the University of Western Australia (2012) and is published in the fields of criminal law, constitutional law and evidence and is regularly invited to speak on subjects in her field.
